Melissa Sokolowski

Melissa is a senior security analyst at Xerox with an emphasis on digital forensic examinations. She has conducted numerous electronic evidence investigations including malware analysis, advanced threats, financial fraud and corporate policy/HR/ethics violations. Melissa graduated from Richland College in Dallas and specialized in Digital Forensics & Cybercrime. She spent 1.5 years as an Adjunct instructor teaching in the program she graduated from in addition to her Xerox duties as she is passionate about helping others. She holds various security certifications to include ACE, GCFE, CHFI, and is the Chair of Xerox Women in Security. She is an active member of OWASP, Infragard and has 20 years combined experience as an IT professional and digital forensics examiner.
