F. Paul Green

F. Paul Greene is Chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service law firm headquartered in Rochester, New York. Paul is a Distinguished Fellow of the Ponemon Institute, a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US, and an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has spoken and published internationally on privacy and data security subjects, including at the Global Security Summit, the IAPP Canada Symposium, NetDiligence, and the New York State Cyber Security Conference. He counsels clients in numerous industries on privacy and data security issues, and has over a decade of experience working some of the most high-profile security breaches both nationally and regionally.
